The Icelandic wool is an incomparable material and the tanning of the hides is very well done. The horse will sweat less from the natural wool than from the synthetics usually used for saddle pads. Caring for the wool pad consists of regularly brushing it with a brush and shaking out dust and horsehair.   

The pad is available in two lengths of hair, short and natural. The wool can be clipped and the hairs shortened on the natural pad at will if you do not want the pad to be highly visible under the saddle.  

Every skin is handmade, not dyed and the colors are all-natural, making each and every hide unique and no two skins are the same.
