The rug is 125cm long, made of water and windproof but also breathable 600 Denier Ripstop Polyester with a removable neck part. The outer material is very robust and perfect to use outside and the inner part is very soft and warm thanks to the fleece lining. 

To secure an optimum placement of the rug it has cross straps under the belly, a separate strap on the back part and a double strap on the breastplate. The neck part is fastened with elastic velcro straps that do not constrict the horse's neck. To ensure the optimum placement of the neck part it is equipped with three hooks that you can fasten to the rug without restricting the horse's movements.

Apart from this it also has a tail strap. The rug is delivered in a practical storage bag and can be washed at 30°C
