Training is a bit that gives even, soft pressure to the corners of the mouth and bars. Works excellent on well-trained horses that are light in the hand.

The Eggbutt cheekpiece prevents pinching of the lips and gives a slightly more solid feel against the side of the face. It also prevents the bit from being pulled through the mouth. The release is slower and also introduces some poll pressure.

A straighter mouthpiece that gives a smoother mouth pressure. The elliptical middle part is slightly forward-facing and gives pressure over the tongue.

Bombers bits are manufactured in South Africa and are completely handmade, which gives a unique opportunity to choose how each small detail of the bit should be designed. The mouthpieces are in sweet iron and brass and shaped to distribute the pressure over a larger surface, rings/shanks are in stainless steel.
